BRIEF ABOUT THE TRUST

Marathwada sheti Sahayya Mandal was registered on 10 Feb. 1969 with an objective to cater the educational needs of Students of Maharashtra in region in particular in the field of Agriculture in Various activities in education, extension and research are going on through different institutions like Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Aamchi Shala, Agriculture Polytechnic College and Yeshwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University Center, Kharpudi, Jalna. We have to improve India’s share of Agricultural trade in the global market and to equip our young Agri-graduates to become Agri-enterprueners rather than seekers of government jobs.

There is a need to put in place a system where in Agri-graduates are able to earn a livelihood by selling skill of knowledge to farmers. The Marathwada Sheti Sahayya Mandal decided to strive hard to achieve and to maintain technological leadership as Center of Excellence in different fields through transfer of Agriculture technology by Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kharpudi and creating educational program for students and faculty members/scientists and farmers by continuous upgrading the research facilitates to bring novel health care systems in a most cost effective way for the masses.
